Our Code of Conduct and Our Values - Ahuja Group

Code Of Conduct

Across the entire Ahuja Group we follow a set of principles that we call our code of conduct. Across the Ahuja Group, we hold these shared set of guiding principles. Each part of the group uses these guiding principles to set their mission statement – the destination they believe their business will reach. The Ahuja Way and values determine how our business operations are built, guide our corporate philosophy, how we will get there and how we will contribute to society along the way.

We ask all our clients to commit this code. It gives the assurance that we will be honest, reliable and thorough in our conduct and exercise good judgment in decision making. We extend this code to our dealings with suppliers, customers, stakeholders and society as a whole. We aim to make the Code of Conduct a tangible process, which is measurable and creditable.

Our mission at Ahuja Group

What is the Code of Conduct?

Whilst our mission statement is our destination, the Ahuja Group Code of Conduct is a detailed road map to guide our daily business activities. It provides explanations and examples of the actions and issues we must be aware of when carrying out our roles each day.

We ask all our employees to commit to this code of conduct.

It gives the assurance that we will be honest, reliable and thorough in our conduct and exercise good judgment in decision making. We extend this code to our dealings with suppliers, customers, stakeholders and society as a whole. We aim to make the Code of Conduct a tangible process, which is measurable and auditable.

Continuous Improvement

The philosophy of continuous improvement is one of Ahuja Group's core code of conduct. No process can ever be declared perfect but it can always be improved.

Continuous improvement in practice means that all team members in all parts of the organisation are continuously looking for ways to improve operations, and people at every level in the company support this process of improvement.

Continuous improvement also requires the setting of clear objectives and targets. It is very much a matter of positive attitude, with the focus on what should be done rather than what can be done.

Total Quality

There is no room for compromise in the Ahuja Production System when it comes to quality. It incorporates quality checks into every step of the production process. By ensuring that all processes are visible, it helps ensure that any abnormalities can be addressed immediately.

At Ahuja Group, we understand the cost of running your equipment is a contributing factor to the profitability of your business. Ahuja Group is also committed to advanced technology also ensures better productivity and reduced waste.

Ahuja Groups's range of products and services are developed by personnel who can utilise the advantages of Ahuja Group's advanced manufacturing technologies, and built to the same exceptional standards of quality and reliability as international leaders in respective segments. These two components are the key to Ahuja Group's success, and a major reason why so many customers continue to buy Ahuja Group products and services time and time again.

The Ahuja Quality System fulfils customer demand efficiently and promptly by linking all production and service activity to real marketplace demand.
